Require MIOSHA fine grace period

To require the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration to give an employer a 14-day grace period to correct a workplace safety regulation violation; not impose a penalty if it’s corrected in that period; and allow the employer to apply the cost of any fines to correcting the violation.
