Require teacher suspecting violent pupil to communicate with parent

To require a public school teacher or school administrator who has reason to believe that a pupil is likely to behave in a violent manner toward another person to notify the pupil's parent or legal guardian, and shall discuss possible strategies and resources that may be available to help avoid this behavior.
