Require auto insurers offer uninsured motorists coverage

To require auto insurance companies to offer to each person who buys vehicle insurance an policy covering losses from uninsured and underinsured motorists that provides benefits of at least $100,000, and obtain a written signature on a waiver if the customer chooses not to buy the extra coverage.
