To prohibit changing, altering, removing, or obliterating any coloration or markings on an imitation or toy gun that are required by any applicable state or federal law, in any way that makes it look more like a real firearm, subject to up to 90 days and a $500 fine. Also, to establish that knowingly pointing, displaying, or using an imitation or toy gun with the purpose of intimidating, threatening, or attempting to put an individual in fear of bodily injury or for any unlawful purpose is a felony subject to up to three years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
