Require bank account disclosure by certain child support payers

To require a person ordered to pay child support who is self employed or has no regular source of income to disclose his or her bank accounts to the Friend of Court, and if the child support payments are more than two months in arrears, to give the FOC the authority to subpoena the bank for account balances.
