Repeal DEQ pollution remediation plan approval deadline

To essentially repeal a provision requiring the Department of Environment Quality to approve or deny within six months a remedial action plan submitted for approval by an industrial or other facility that has experienced a hazardous material spill. The bill repeals a provision establishing that if the plan is not denied within six months then it is considered approved.
