Mandate certain DEQ slow cleanup disclosures

To require that if the Department of Environmental Quality spends more than $500,000.00 in state money for response activities at a contaminated facility and the cleanup has not attained the standard specified in law for residential use, the department must provide notice of the status of the response activities, including one or more advertisements in ethnic-minority-owned media.
