To require the Department of Community Heath to establish regulations on human clinical trials conducted or sponsored in this state by pharmaceutical makers, using as their basis federal regulations, plus any additional regulations that do not conflict with the federal ones. Also, to require drug makers to report all clinical trials conducted in Michigan. The data from the reports would be posted on the Internet.
