To exempt interstate package carrier services from the <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2007-HB-5198">6 percent tax on many services</a> that the legislature passed on Oct. 1, 2007 and repealed on Dec. 1, 2007. With the repeal this bill becomes moot.
