Regulate insurance credit scoring

To prohibit the use of “credit scoring” by insurance companies to deny, cancel or non-renew a policy. Insurers would be allowed to consider a person’s credit history as one factor in setting the price of a policy, but not as the only factor, subject to disclosures and regulations specified in the bill.
