Allow no bail for attempted murder

To place before voters in the next general election a Constitutional amendment to expand the crimes for which an accused can be denied bail to include attempted murder. Currently, the Constitution permits bail to be denied for defendants charged with murder, rape, treason, kidnapping, armed robbery, crimes committed while on bail for another crime, or having more than one previous conviction for very serious violent crimes.
