Authorize “arts and cultural” events liquor licenses

To authorize the issuance of up to 60 temporary beer and wine licenses for nonprofit “arts and cultural” events. The licenses would cost $300, and would entitle to holder to have up to 24 two-day events that were deemed by the Liquor Control Commission to be artistic in nature, and are held on the premises of a recognized and eligible nonprofit client of the Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs.
