Authorize posting delinquent taxpayers on Internet

To authorize the publication and posting on the Internet of a list of individuals or businesses who are at least $25,000 delinquent in the payment of income, business or sales taxes for more than 90 days. The list would include the name, address, amount owed, and more, with certain exceptions.
