To eliminate the May 1, 2007 sunset on <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2004-SB-1278">law</a> restricting the operation of airboats. This prohibits operating an airboat within 450 feet of a residence between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. at a speed exceeding that required to maintain forward movement.
