Give Family Court authority over truants’ families

To give the circuit court family division the same authority over families of truants as it has over families of juveniles who commit crimes. Parents who violate the law that requires them to provide for a child’s education would be tried in this division, and juveniles would be subject to the various sanctions at its disposal.
