Require notification of suspended license over “bad driver fees”

To require the Secretary of State to notify a person in writing whose drivers license is being suspended because of failure to pay the “<a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2003-SB-509">driver responsibility fees</a>” or “bad driver fees” tacked on to various traffic violations and paid to the state, which were imposed as a revenue-raising measure in 2003, and range as high as $2,000 over two years.
