Introduced in the Senate

Aug. 22, 2007

Introduced by Sen. Hansen Clarke (D-1)

To require a law enforcement agency that receives a report from a family member or guardian of a missing “endangered senior,” meaning one who may have trouble returning home without assistance, to prepare a report within five hours, distribute it to other nearby law enforcement agencies and broadcasters, and begin an investigation.
