Revise allowable Sunday liquor ban hours

To allow a county, city, village, or township to ban the sale of beer and wine within between the hours of 7 a.m. on Sunday and 2 a.m. on Monday. Under current law, the Sunday hours during which they may ban sales are 2 a.m. and 12 midnight.
