Establish new anti-litter marketing campaign

To require the state "Travel Michigan" bureau, assisted by the Department of Natural Resources and the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), to administer a litter-reduction marketing plan. Also, to require the state Department of Transportation (MDOT) to establish a procedure under the "adopt-a-highway” program for volunteers to report the nature and amount of litter collected, and to then use the information in developing and administering the state antilitter marketing program.
