This would appropriate $302.2 million in gross spending, compared to $318.9 million, which was the FY 2007-2008 amount enrolled in 2007. All of this comes from the general fund (funded by actual state tax revenues). Note: The FY 2007-2008 budget was inflated by the inclusion of a delayed disbursement from the previous year’s budget.
