Introduced
To revise the <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2001-SB-880">2002 law</a> that required telecommunications providers to pay annual “right of way” fees to a state authority, by requiring the fees to be paid on a quarterly basis, and using the interest earned on these payments to offset the expenses of the authority.
