To eliminate the Feb. 28, 2009 sunset on the <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2007-SB-410">2007 law</a> that authorized a 19 cents to 25 cents per line 9-1-1 tax collected by all providers of telephone service of whatever type (landline, cable, VOIP, cellular, etc.), in addition to existing county millages and levies.
