To require community mental health services programs, state facilities, and licensed hospitals to make available to the Department of Community Health any information it requests on the entity’s office of recipient rights; and to specify that certain detailed information about harm or abuse to mental health recipients be contained in an annual report the department is required to prepare for the legislature.
