To revise the membership provisions of the retirement board that oversees the pension systems of state employees. The bill would increase the size of this body from nine to 11, increase the number of actual state retirees on the board from two to three, and prohibit these from being individuals who worked for the state insurance commission, the Attorney General, the Treasury Department, or the legislative Auditor General.
