Prohibit workers comp benefits for illegal aliens

To prohibit workers compensation insurance benefits to an illegal alien who used fraudulent identification to obtain the job on which he or she was injured and whose employer did not know the person was an illegal alien; and to require workers compensation bureau employees to report to the federal Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) if they believe a benefits claim has been filed by an illegal alien.
