Establish employer illegal alien hiring sanctions

To make it a crime for an employer to knowingly hire illegal aliens, subject to a $50,000 fine for a first offense, $100,000 for a second offense, and $250,000 and up to five years in prison for subsequent offenses. An employer would be exempt who obtained a federal employment eligibility verification I-9 form for the employee for a prospective employee.
