To authorize the suspension or revocation of the professional license of an employer who knowingly hires illegal aliens. The bill would also authorize criminal sanctions, including a $50,000 fine for a first offense, $100,000 for a second offense, and $250,000 and up to five years in prison for subsequent offenses.
