Limit employment restriction for state pensioners

To revise the law which suspends the pension payments of a retired state government employee who goes back to work for the state. The bill would allow a person to collect his or her pension while also getting paid to do state work if the job is part time, or no one but the retiree has submitted an application for the job (defined in the bill as an “emergency position”).
