To revise the <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2002-HB-5993"> law</a> clarifying details of the ownership rights in tools, dies, jigs, gauges, gauging fixtures, special machinery, cutting tools, or metal castings manufactured by a special tool builder (“special tools”). The bill would make invalid contracts that waive a special toolbuilder’s rights under that law.
