To require insurance agents’ license application reviews to be subject to the “<a href="http://www.legislature.mi.gov/(S(raqjkx3bztnljeijsd3rza3h))/mileg.aspx?page=getobject&objectname=mcl-338-42">good moral character act</a>” that establishes the extent to which an agency may use a past judgment of guilt in a criminal prosecution or a judgment in a civil action to guide its decisions.
