Ban state government contracts to firms that use illegal aliens

To prohibit the state from giving contracts to businesses that employ undocumented workers (illegal aliens), and that do not take unspecified “reasonable steps” to ascertain that neither their employees nor those of subcontractors are illegal aliens.
