This would appropriate $2.062 billion in gross spending, compared to $2.078 billion, which was the FY 2007-2008 amount enrolled in 2007. Of this, $1.978 billion will come from the general fund (funded by actual state tax revenues), compared to the FY 2007-2008 amount of $1.996 billion.
