Limit unlimited PIP provider pay rates

To impose wage controls on providers of unskilled personal services provided to injured or disabled individuals who are receiving benefits under the unlimited personal injury protection (PIP) insurance coverage mandated by the state’s no-fault auto insurance law. Also, to limit compensation to skilled medical professionals to the same price-controlled rates currently imposed under the state’s workers' compensation law.
