Authorize dental amalgam separator tax credit

To establish a Michigan Business Tax credit equal to 100 percent of the cost up to $3,000 for dentists who install a dental amalgam separator on a wastewater drain (a pollution measure mandated by Senate Bill 1310). The credit would not be refundable, but the amount that exceeds the dentist’s tax liability in one year could be carried forward to use against the next year’s tax liability.
