Require inspection of “on-site” wastewater treatment systems

To require and establish regulations for the periodic inspection of “on-site” wastewater treatment systems, which are systems relying on natural processes or mechanical components to collect, treat, and discharge or reclaim wastewater from one or more dwellings or buildings without the use of a sewerage system, including individual systems, community systems, and commercial systems that use subsurface dispersal.
