To extend from 2009 until 2014 the sunset on the revenue allocation formula for the <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2007-SB-410">the 2007 law</a> that authorized a statewide 9-1-1 emergency phone service tax levied on telephone service of whatever type (landline, cable, VOIP, cellular, etc.).
