To broaden a ban on the sale of mercury-added products to also ban the sale of a barometer, manometer, flow meter, hydrometer, hygrometer, psychrometer, flow switch, relay and other products that contain mercury, and prohibit the use in a dairy farming operation a manometer that has mercury. Exceptions could be granted where no substitute exists, where the manufactures can document that the benefit exceeds the risk, and has a take back program for used products.
