Revise drunk driving ignition interlock device rules

To revise the conditions that apply when a court orders a person convicted of certain drunk driving offenses to have an ignition interlocking device installed. (These devices prevent the car from starting if the person has a blood alcohol content that exceeds a certain level.) The bill would restrict driving only to work, school or alcohol treatment program.
