Prohibit employer policies on off-work conduct

To prohibit an employer from having a policy against employing an individual on the basis of legal conduct by the individual during nonworking hours. Bills like this were first introduced in 2005 after the Weyco company fired several employees who refused to comply with company policy prohibiting the employment of smokers.
