To establish that if a school district sells municipal forestland that prior to passage of <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2003-HB-5313">Public Act 377 of 2004</a> was subject to a reversion clause, 90 percent of the proceeds must be kept in an endowment fund, and the district can only spend interest or earnings from the fund.
