Impose new prescription drug regulations

To increase the penalty for acquiring a prescription drug by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception, or subterfuge, or using counterfeit prescription forms, to up to five years in prison and 10 years for a second conviction. The fine would be up to $25,000 for a first conviction, and $50,000 for subsequent ones.
