Ban health insurance policy “rescissions”

To prohibit a health insurance company from cancelling coverage because of a failure to resolve all reasonable questions arising from the written information on an application before issuing the coverage. Also, to prohibit an insurer in the small employer group market from raising rates in a renewed policy due to the claims experience or any change in the health status of a covered employee.
