Cobo Hall Regional Authority “re-do”

To transfer $9 million of tobacco lawsuit settlement revenue to the Cobo Hall authority created by <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2008-SB-1630">a law</a> passed in December, 2008 and vetoed by the Detroit city council to Oakland County, probably to expand the Rock Financial facility in Novi so that it could host the Detroit Auto Show. House Bill 5022 would give the Detroit Council another chance to approve the deal by July 1, 2009.
