Revise certain electronic communications crimes

To repeal the criminal penalties authorized by a <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2005-HB-5043">2006 law</a> for a person who “willfully and maliciously prevents, obstructs, or delays any authorized communication” using the internet. The penalties would remain for doing this with other means of communications.
