To repeal the mandatory motorcycle helmet requirement. The bill does not impose any conditions or fees on an individual’s choice to ride without a helmet. See also <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2009-HB-4747">House Bill 4747</a>, which also repeals the helmet law, and passed the House 63-46.
