To appropriate $213 million of state general fund money to the state trunk line (road) fund, and use the money to provide matching funds for federal “stimulus” money earmarked for transportation projects. Also to appropriate another $200 million for local road projects. The bill would also disburse $6 million for railroad grade crossing projects.
