To impose a 2 percent “ticket tax” on attendance at a zoo; live theater; museum; opera; professional sporting event; collegiate athletic event; concert; temporary or transient entertainment production; botanical garden; amusement park; temporary or transient art, music, theatrical, dance, literary, or cultural festival; or adult “topless events.” K-12 school events and certain non-profic charitable events would be exempt.
