To repeal a prohibition on a microbrewer or brew pub allowing the sampling and consumption on its licensed premises of beer produced by home brewers at a home brewers meeting or club, if the consumption is part of an exhibition or competition, the portions do not to exceed six ounces, and beer is not sold to the general public.
