To require the state, local governments, school districts, community colleges and public universities to file with the state and post on the internet a report disclosing the details of the health care benefits they offer to their employees, including the type of plan and benefits, total annual premium costs, employee share of annual costs, a description of other costs such as employee copayments or coinsurance, and the number of employees receiving health benefits.
