To prohibit an auto insurance company from disclosing to an nonaffiliated third party a policy holder’s age, sex, race, occupation, level of education, address, type of car driven, and average number of miles driven annually. Also, to change a provision that allows the disclosure of "nonpublic personal financial information" unless the policyholder “opts out” of allowing it, to instead prohibit disclosure unless the person “opts in” by affirmatively granting permission.
